Everything you need to know about mobile phlebotomy, scheduling, and payment.
Mobile phlebotomy means the blood draw comes to you instead of the other way around. Rather than visiting a lab or clinic, a certified phlebotomist travels to your home, workplace, assisted living facility, skilled nursing facility, or another approved location to collect your specimen.
Wright Touch serves the greater Phoenix metro area. Visit the Service Area page for a list of cities we regularly cover, or contact us directly to confirm coverage for your specific address.
We currently accept Cash and Zelle. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment.
STAT blood draws are prioritized with an arrival window of approximately 3 hours from booking, depending on current schedule and location.
Most lab tests require a physician's order, which you'll provide at the time of your visit. For certain self-pay tests through our Labcorp account, a physician's order may not be required — see the Self-Pay Testing page for details.
If you have a physician's order, results are sent to your doctor's office once processed. For eligible self-pay patients, results may be securely emailed when available through the laboratory's reporting process.
Yes. Assisted living and skilled nursing facilities can set up monthly contracts with scheduled recurring visits — for example, up to 150 residents with three visits per week. Contact us for a customized quote based on your facility's needs.
Yes. As a HIPAA certified phlebotomist, protecting your personal health information is a core part of every visit.
Have your physician's order (if applicable) and a valid photo ID ready. Some tests require fasting — if yours does, your test instructions or ordering physician will let you know.
Use the Book Appointment page to select your service and choose from currently available dates and times. You'll receive an email confirmation once your appointment is booked.
